HOA – EasyPay is an electronic Credit Card payment portal powered by First Citizens Bank, an accredited and secure Credit Card Payment Processor, and administered by HOA-e-Solutions, LLC. This privacy statement provides our visitors with information on how HOA-EasyPay protects the information supplied by each visitor. HOA-EasyPay is designed to facilitate resident payments to the resident’s specific HOA. HOA-EasyPay, and by extension HOA-e-Solutions and it’s Payment Processor, respects the privacy of each individual that visits the HOA-EasyPay payment portal. HOA-EasyPay does not collect or store any information provided by any visitor to HOA-EasyPay payment portal. Upon resident payment, the visitor is directed to the payment portal of our PCI compliant payment processor who collects the information provided by the visitor and completes the payment transaction, ensuring your credit card numbers are kept secure and kept private.
